MO-Compact is the entry model for computer-controlled 3D pipe cutting For round pipes up to 914 mm (36″) in diameter and 4 metric tons in weight The MO-Compact series comprises standardized, compact machines with the key basic functions for round pipes up to a diameter of 914 mm (36″) and up to a pipe weight of up to 4 metric tons. The machines are all equipped with 6 CNC-controlled axes. The machines profile cut with oxyfuel cutting or plasma cutting to perform 3D cutting. The Compact machine is an high-quality, reliable and accurate pipe profile cutting machine for industrial pipe fabrication. 3D Robotic plasma cutting of structural steel
The MO ROBO 1200 is a 3D plasma cutting machine that is capable of cutting different shapes of workpieces for structural steel, such as H-Beam, T-Beams, I-Beams U-channel and L-channels. With an length measuring infeed conveyor, the robotic cell and the outfeed conveyor all together we offer a complete production line for 3D cutting. The system could be equipped with conventional and high definition Kjellberg or Hypertherm plasma systems. In the robotic cell there is a gantry with a KUKA robot hanging from top down, the gantry in combination with the KUKA offer 8 CNC axis that are needed to do the 3D profiling. Optionally we can offer fume extraction systems for this robotic cell. Standard we offer this machine with a 12 meter infeed conveyor and 12 meter outfeed conveyor, optionally we can change this and we can offer cross infeed and cross outfeed conveyors with this system as well.
